To be registered the applicant must have been assessed by an approved quality auditor as meeting the applicable NDIS Practice Standards and other prescribed requirements, the Commissioner must be satisfied that the applicant is suitable to provide the supports, and that its key personnel are suitable to be involved in providing them (having regard to matters the rules prescribe), and the applicant must meet any other prescribed requirement. A banning order in force limits what may be registered (s 73E(3)).
