Australia National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 s73B-3: s 73B(3) Never hold out as registered when not registered

A person must not hold themselves out as able to provide a support under a participant's plan that the rules reserve to registered providers when the person is not registered for it. The same offences and civil penalties as s 73B(2) apply.
