An application to be a registered NDIS provider (for Chapter 2 supports, managing the funding for supports, or supports under plans, or prescribed supports outside the scheme) must be in writing, in any approved form, with the information and documents the Commissioner requires. The applicant must answer any written request for further information within the period given (at least 14 days); the Commissioner need not decide an application that does not comply.
