A registered NDIS provider contravenes s 73J if it breaches any condition to which its registration is subject (the s 73F(2) conditions, Commissioner conditions and rules conditions). Civil penalty: 10,000 penalty units for a serious contravention, otherwise 250. Breach may also lead to suspension, revocation, a compliance notice or a banning order.
