Registration is subject to the condition that the provider gives the Commissioner, on request, the information or documents specified within the period specified, which must be at least 14 days unless the Commissioner reasonably believes a longer period would significantly increase the risk of serious harm to a participant and the shorter period is reasonable. This power stands independently of the Commissioner's other information powers.
