Australia National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) s133CC-CF: Part 3-2C Small amount credit: repayment limits and no unsolicited offers

A licensee must not enter or offer a small amount credit contract whose repayments would not meet the prescribed requirements (a cap relative to the consumer's income), and must not make or arrange unsolicited offers or invitations to apply for small amount credit to consumers who are or were small amount credit debtors or applicants with it, or (on reasonable inquiry) with another provider.
