Australia National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) s126: s 126 Credit providers: give the credit guide as soon as practicable

A credit provider must give a consumer its written credit guide as soon as practicable after it becomes apparent it is likely to enter a credit contract with them. The guide sets out the licensee's name, contact details and licence number, its internal dispute resolution and AFCA contact details, and its obligations about the assessment and unsuitable contracts.
