Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r76-77: rr 76 and 77 Confined space training records and retention of permits and assessments

The PCBU gives relevant workers (those who may enter or work in a space, perform related or emergency functions, and their supervisors) suitable and adequate information, training and instruction on the hazards, controls, PPE selection, fit, use, testing, storage and maintenance, entry permit contents and emergency procedures, keeping training records for 2 years; keeps risk assessments until at least 28 days after the work and entry permits until the work is completed (both for 2 years after a notifiable incident connected with the work); and makes them available for inspection and to relevant workers on request.
