Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r551-553: rr 551 to 553 Provide a safety case outline within 3 months and alter it when required

The operator of a determined major hazard facility gives the regulator, within 3 months of determination, a safety case outline including a plan with key steps and timelines for each element of the safety case, the methods for keeping its information accurate and current, the resources (people, their knowledge and experience, technical sources), the worker consultation that occurred and will occur, a draft emergency plan and a summary of security arrangements; alters the outline as the regulator requires after a 28-day submission process; and gives the regulator a copy of any altered outline.
