Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r467-468: rr 467 and 468 Inform the person in control, occupants and neighbours before removal work

Before starting licensed removal work, the licensed removalist informs the person with management or control that the work will be done and when, and at residential premises, so far as reasonably practicable, the person who commissioned it, PCBUs there, the occupier, the owner and neighbouring occupants. A person with management or control who is told of asbestos removal work informs its workers and others at the workplace and the commissioning person, and takes all reasonable steps to inform nearby businesses and occupants, before the work starts.
