Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r466: r 466 Notify the regulator at least 5 days before licensed removal (or immediately in emergencies)

The licensed removalist gives the regulator written notice at least 5 days before starting licensed removal work, or, where a sudden event or essential service breakdown requires immediate removal, by telephone immediately and in writing within 24 hours, including removalist, licence and supervisor details, the clearance inspector, the client, the workplace and location, dates and duration, friable or non-friable, enclosure method for friable work, estimated quantity, number of workers and each worker's competency.
