Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r287-288D: rr 287, 288 and 288D Return registration documents when requested; report loss

A registration holder returns the registration document to the regulator within the time specified in a written request for amendment or following cancellation, and notifies the regulator as soon as practicable if the document is lost, stolen or destroyed.
