Australia Model Code of Practice: Work Health and Safety Consultation, Cooperation and Coordination 3.3: 3.3 Take workers' views into account before deciding

The PCBU must take the views of workers and representatives into account before making a decision. Consultation does not require consensus, but workers must be allowed to contribute to the decisions.
