Australia Model Code of Practice: Excavation Work 1.2f: 1.2 Duties of other persons at the workplace (WHS Act s 29)

Visitors and other people at an excavation workplace must use reasonable care to protect their own health and safety, and they must avoid harming others. They must comply, as far as reasonably able, with reasonable instructions the PCBU gives so the PCBU can meet its obligations under the WHS Act.
