Australia Franchising Code of Conduct (Franchising Regulations 2024) s23: s 23 Give the agreement, disclosure document and Code, and wait out the 14 day consideration period

Before entering into, renewing or extending a franchise agreement, the franchisor must give the prospective franchisee the agreement in its final form, the lease or occupancy documents where relevant, the current disclosure document and a copy of the Code, and must not execute the agreement until 14 days after the latest of those documents or any material change to the agreement was given.
