The panel must show the number of servings in the package (or per kilogram where weight varies), the average serving quantity in grams or millilitres, the unit quantity, and for a serving and a unit quantity the average energy in kilojoules (optionally also kilocalories), the average grams of protein, carbohydrate, sugars, fat and saturated fat, the average milligrams of sodium, and any other nutrient or biologically active substance that a claim relies on, set out in the Schedule 12 format. Further declarations are required for claims: trans, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat for claims about cholesterol or fatty acids; dietary fibre presence or absence (shown as 0) for claims about fibre, sugars or carbohydrate; unavailable carbohydrate where subtracted; individual declarations of substances at 5 g per 100 g or more that were subtracted or quantified in the carbohydrate calculation; phytosterols as total plant sterol equivalents; galactose for lactose claims; potassium for salt or sodium claims; and each omega-3 fatty acid and the total for omega-3 claims.
This control maps to 2 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 2 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
