Australia Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) s536: s 536 and regs 3.45 and 3.46 Give accurate pay slips within one working day

The employer gives each employee a pay slip, electronic or hard copy, within one working day of paying them, specifying the employer's name and ABN, the employee's name, the pay period, the payment date, gross and net amounts, any bonus, loading, allowance, penalty rate, incentive payment or other separately identifiable entitlement, each deduction with the fund or account it was paid to, for hourly-paid employees the ordinary rate, hours and amount at that rate, for annual-rate employees the rate as at the latest date, and superannuation contributions made or intended with the fund (a fund name may be omitted in the first 14 days where no chosen or stapled fund is yet known). The employer does not give a pay slip it knows is false or misleading in a material particular.
