On request by an employee or former employee, the employer makes a legible copy of the record available for inspection and copying at the premises within 3 business days, or posts it within 14 days, where records are kept at those premises, or as soon as practicable otherwise; tells the person where the records are kept; and allows the person to interview the employer or its representative about a record during ordinary working hours.
