Australia Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2020 (MA000025) 26A.7: 26A.7 Give workplace delegates access to the listed workplace facilities

The employer must give a workplace delegate access to, or use of: a private, fit-for-purpose room or area that delegates and eligible workers can reach; a physical or electronic noticeboard; the electronic communication channels the employer and workers ordinarily use, including Wi-Fi; secure storage such as a lockable filing cabinet; and office facilities and equipment such as printers, scanners and photocopiers. The employer need not provide a facility the workplace lacks, one that operational requirements make impractical when or how it is sought, or one it cannot access at the enterprise after taking reasonable steps. It need not give out workers' individual contact details (26A.9(c)).
