Australia Disability Discrimination Act 1992 s25-26: ss 25 and 26 Accommodation and land

A person, as principal or agent, must not discriminate on the ground of disability by refusing an application for accommodation, in its terms, or by deferring or ranking the applicant lower (s 25(1)); nor against an occupant by limiting benefits, eviction or other detriment, or by refusing permission to make reasonable alterations at their own expense where they undertake, and are likely, to restore the premises, restoration is practicable and no other occupier's premises are altered (s 25(2)). Small shared homes where the provider lives, and charity or voluntary accommodation for a particular disability, are excluded (s 25(3)). Disposals of land, other than by will or gift, must not be refused or offered on discriminatory terms (s 26).
