The TMD must specify the kinds of information distributors need to give the issuer so it can promptly identify that the TMD may no longer be appropriate, which distributors give it and the reporting periods, and the reporting period for complaint numbers. ASIC expects issuers to ask for the substance of complaints and product feedback, not only the count, and to consider what data they already hold.
