The TMD must name events and circumstances that would reasonably suggest it is no longer appropriate. ASIC expects triggers suited to the product and its distribution, such as a material change to key attributes, unexpected complaint, claims or cancellation patterns, a significant dealing, or regulator or AFCA findings, monitored with the issuer's own data and distributor data.
