ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Securities Markets) 2017 (Australia) 5A: Operate crossing systems with disclosure, fair treatment, monitoring and breach notification

A participant operating a crossing system must give ASIC an initial report and monthly change reports, publish the required user information, notify ASIC and non-retail users of outages, treat all users under a common set of procedures that does not unfairly discriminate, deal fairly and in due turn, let users opt out, monitor use for compliance and report significant breaches to ASIC as soon as practicable, report suspicious activity, and apply standard tick sizes and efficiency and integrity controls.
