ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Securities Markets) 2017 (Australia) 5.4-5.4A: Pre-approve each trade by connected persons and protect confidential order information

A participant must not trade for its connected persons (such as employees and their associates) without separate written approval of each transaction by an authorised person other than the employee, who considers the circumstances; and must take reasonable steps so officers and employees do not use or disclose information about orders or resulting transactions except as the rules or law permit.
