ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Securities Markets) 2017 (Australia) 5.11: Report suspicious insider trading or manipulation to ASIC as soon as practicable and keep it confidential

A participant with reasonable grounds to suspect insider trading, or that an order or transaction creates or maintains an artificial price or a false or misleading appearance, must notify ASIC in writing as soon as practicable with the details and its reasons (unless already reported to AUSTRAC), and must not disclose that it notified except for legal advice or as required by law.
