AS 4674-2004 Design, Construction and Fit-out of Food Premises 2.4.3: 2.4.3 Rooms for garbage and garbage bins

Garbage rooms (refrigerated ones included) have impervious floors, coved to the walls with coving formed as part of the floor, and falling to a floor waste gully that discharges to the sewer, with traps where required; smooth impervious wall finishes; and ventilation, pest proofing and a hose tap on the water supply (which may be non-potable where the premises has both supplies).
