Outdoor ground areas where containers of putrescible garbage, putrescible recyclables or used cooking oil are kept have a hose tap on the water supply, are paved with impervious material, and are sloped to drain into a waste disposal system as the relevant regulator requires (requirements vary by jurisdiction).
