Arizona Air Quality Regulations (ADEQ / ARS Title 49 / AAC Title 18 Chapter 2) R18-2-320: R18-2-320: significant permit revisions

Class I revisions that are neither minor nor administrative, every significant monitoring change and every relaxation of reporting or records follow significant revision procedures. A Class II source may make only after a revision with public participation: establishing or revising voluntary limits or caps (other than permitted decreases), fuel changes not authorised and not oil or coal to gas or propane, minor NSR modifications, relaxations of monitoring, records or reporting, changes violating an existing requirement or cap, changes needing case-by-case limits, ambient, visibility or increment analysis or case-by-case monitoring, and changes requiring a Class I permit. Section 112(g) modifications and reconstructions follow these procedures, and a move from Class II to Class I needs a full Class I application.
