Arizona Air Quality Regulations (ADEQ / ARS Title 49 / AAC Title 18 Chapter 2) R18-2-317.01: R18-2-317.01: changes that require a Class II permit revision

A Class II source must obtain a revision before a change that triggers a new or violates an existing applicable requirement, sets or changes an emissions cap, needs a case-by-case limit, ambient, visibility or increment analysis, creates emissions not quantifiable by existing monitoring, adds used oil, hazardous waste or other unpermitted fuel, needs a Class I permit, replaces control equipment with less efficient equipment, sets or revises a voluntary limit, raises operating hours or production above the permit, relaxes monitoring, records or reporting (except for removed equipment logged per Appendix 3 or a changed requirement), or is a minor NSR modification. Other changes need no revision unless the permit prohibits them.
