Arizona Air Quality Regulations (ADEQ / ARS Title 49 / AAC Title 18 Chapter 2) 49-457.03: A.R.S. 49-457.03: no off-road vehicle use on high pollution advisory days

In area A as defined in 49-541 no person may operate an off-highway vehicle, all-terrain vehicle or off-road recreational vehicle on an unpaved surface that is not a road, street or lawful easement on a day the department forecasts as a high pollution advisory day for particulate matter, except sanctioned events with dust abatement, fee facilities and closed courses with abatement, use in normal business or government operations, and golf carts on golf courses. Penalties rise from a warning to $50, $100 and $250 civil penalties for later violations.
