Arizona Air Quality Regulations (ADEQ / ARS Title 49 / AAC Title 18 Chapter 2) 49-432: A.R.S. 49-432: install and operate monitoring devices and mark confidential information

The owner, lessee or operator of a source under department jurisdiction must provide, install, maintain and operate the air contaminant monitoring devices reasonably needed to determine compliance, in a manner acceptable to the director, supply monitoring information as the director directs in writing, and keep devices available for inspection at reasonable times; sources must also make the reports the director requires for their class. Information submitted is public unless accompanied by a notice that it would divulge trade secrets or cause substantial competitive harm; emission data (constituents, concentrations and amounts) and permittee names and addresses are always public.
