As part of a full multidisciplinary understanding of the incident, the team should consider actions for the victim or target, including: answering the employee's questions on personal safety and security; referring the employee to emotional counseling and safety training, such as the EAP and local help including public safety bodies, advocates, refuges or private providers; identifying local domestic or intimate partner violence organizations that serve any cultural or faith community the employee belongs to; talking through non-punitive employment options such as relocation or transfer, administrative leave or other reasonable accommodation; explaining how the employee should let the team know about further contact from the person of concern and what to do when it happens; keeping the employee informed of what the team is doing, with enough detail to give confidence but not full particulars; and contacting a parent or guardian where the victim is a minor.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
