The policy should treat intimate partner violence as one kind of workplace violence and deal with it by: requiring or strongly encouraging employees to tell designated staff about any restraining or protection order applied for or granted that covers the workplace, and encouraging them to report related safety concerns without fear of retaliation or harm to their job; committing to support victims through referrals to community or EAP resources and time off for related reasons as the law or company policy requires; making it a breach for anyone to stalk, threaten or harass another person, at the same workplace or elsewhere, while working or using organization resources such as computers, phones, fax machines or vehicles; and stating that threats arising from an abusive personal relationship are treated like all other violence.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
