An institution may meet its payer information obligations using the payer's full name, a unique identifier for a body corporate, an individual's date of birth and a full business or residential address (not a post box); if it does, it must also collect, verify, pass on or monitor (as applicable) the payee's town or locality and country of residence or business and, for a body corporate payee, any unique identifier. Tracing information obligations are unaffected.
