Aged Care Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS) Provider Guidance not-new-info: Notify significant new information as soon as reasonably practicable

If, after giving a Priority 1 or Priority 2 notice, the provider learns significant new information about the incident, it notifies the Commissioner as soon as reasonably practicable in writing in approved form. An example is a hospitalised resident who later dies.
