Aged Care Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS) Provider Guidance not-final: Give a final report within 84 days when required

When the Commissioner requires it, the provider gives a written final report in approved form containing the specified information, such as the investigation summary, findings and corrective action, within 84 days of the first notice or another period the Commissioner specifies.
