A residential care provider must report to the System Governor within 7 days after each calendar month, for each approved residential care home that had at least one resident that month and whether or not an exemption applies, whether a registered nurse was on site and on duty at all times each day and, for every gap of 30 minutes or more, when it occurred, why, and what alternative arrangements met residents' clinical needs (or that none were made).
