WCO SAFE Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade (2025) P1.S1-AIR: Air cargo risk mitigation and do-not-load notifications

With civil aviation and other authorities, Customs sets up a system to signal promptly, where applicable, a need for more information, confirmation that screening (in the Chicago Convention Annex 17 sense) was done, specific additional screening, or a do-not-load notification for imminent threat; do-not-load notices are issued only for consignments that cannot be loaded, within a set time after data submission.
