Vietnam Law on Cybersecurity (No. 116/2025/QH15) VNCS-41-IR: Warn users of risks, keep an emergency response plan, and on an incident apply it and report to the specialised force at the same time

Enterprises providing services in cyberspace must comply with cybersecurity law, warn users of the risks of their services and guide them on prevention, keep emergency response plans for weaknesses, risks and incidents, on an incident immediately implement the plan and at the same time report to the relevant specialised force, and apply technical measures for security in data and personal data processing under this Law and the data and personal data laws.
