On a confirmed request by letter, email, telephone or other means, service enterprises must provide user information to the Ministry of Public Security's specialised force within 24 hours, or 3 hours where national security or life is threatened; must restrict, block or delete violating information and remove violating services or applications within 24 hours, or 6 hours in national security emergencies; must refuse or stop service to users posting prohibited content on request; and, under Decree 333, must restrict visibility or temporarily lock accounts, pages, groups or channels that post violations 3 times in 30 days (up to 60 days) or 10 times in 90 days (up to 180 days), and lock indefinitely in the listed serious cases.
