Enterprises must identify the IP addresses of organisations and individuals using Internet services and provide identification information to the specialised force. Decree 333 requires telecom and Internet providers to tie each IP assignment to the subscriber, keep time-synchronised logs (source and destination IP and port, protocol, full NAT mappings, session start and end, gateway and session IDs, subscriber or account) complete for at least 12 months with integrity protection, connect a technical channel to the specialised force, answer identification requests within 24 hours (3 hours in emergencies), and never use the data commercially.
