The owners corporation must arrange for minutes of general meetings recording at least the date, time and place, the names of lot owners present, the names of lot owners who gave proxies and the proxies present, the voting on any resolutions and the text of all resolutions made. Minutes are records under section 144 and must be available to lot owners under section 146.
