Victoria Owners Corporations Act 2006 5: Act honestly, in good faith and with due care and diligence

In carrying out its functions and powers an owners corporation must act honestly and in good faith and exercise due care and diligence. The duty binds the corporation as a body and frames how the committee, chairperson, secretary and manager exercise delegated powers; section 68 places the same duty on the initial owner and section 117 on committee members.
