Victoria Owners Corporations Act 2006 12-14: Special resolution before providing services, leasing common property or buying land

A special resolution is required before the owners corporation decides to provide services to lot owners, occupiers or the public (or to contract for their provision), before it leases or licenses the whole or part of the common property, and section 15 and 16 govern obtaining a lease or licence over land and acquiring or disposing of personal property.
