An owners corporation must manage and administer the common property; repair and maintain the common property and the chattels, fixtures, fittings and services related to it or to equipment and services held under easements for the benefit of the lots; take out and maintain the required insurance; keep an owners corporation register; provide for the administration of the plan; and keep the records the Act requires.
