Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r548: r 548 Mine operator must tell health and safety representatives about an exemption within 30 days

When an exemption is granted in relation to a mine, the operator of that mine must tell the mine's health and safety representatives about the grant, within 30 days after the grant. Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units (individual), 25 (body corporate).
