When any information a card holder has given the Authority about their construction induction card changes, whether supplied in the application, under r 353 itself or by any other means, the holder must send the Authority written notice of the change promptly (as soon as reasonably possible) after learning of it. Maximum penalty: 60 units (individual), 300 units (company).
