Apart from the Authority, nobody may deliberately or recklessly damage beyond use, change, or deface a construction induction card. A lost, stolen or destroyed card is dealt with by applying to the Authority for a duplicate under r 348(2), not by making or altering a card. Maximum penalty: 60 units (individual), 300 units (company).
