Without limiting r 532, an applicant for a construction induction card must supply any identity evidence the Authority requires, together with one of: the applicant's construction statement of attainment; written evidence satisfactory to the Authority that construction induction training was completed; or written evidence satisfactory to the Authority that the Construction Industry Basic Induction course was completed before 1 July 2008. The application fee is 1.8 fee units.
