Employers must not knowingly reject any of the following when a person offers it: a current construction induction card; a statement of attainment for construction induction that the person received within the last 60 days; a card showing completion of the Construction Industry Basic Induction course before 1 July 2008; or recognised evidence of construction induction training. Maximum penalty: 60 units (individual), 300 units (company).
